Facebook Parties are a quick and easy way to add events to your calendar, expose you to lots of people and get you on the path to explosive business growth! Dare to Dream offers Mega Facebook Parties to make this easy for you as well as a complete script and graphics to run your own. Shoot for having 1-2 per week.
Step: #2: Watch our Facebook Hostess Coaching Video (This is one you can share with your hostesses)
Step #3: Plan to be Your Own Hostess as well as book your first 4 Facebook party hostesses in the next 3 weeks. Either use the Mega Party run by Dare to Dream Leaders and/or run your own.
Step #4: Before you set up the Facebook Event for a Host or add them as a host to the Mega Facebook Party, we want them to have at least 10-15 RSVP's so we have great momentum leading to a successful party. Send your hostesses a Sample Message like this:
Hey (Hostess). So excited for your Facebook Party next week. Here is a message you can copy and paste to invite your friends/family. Keep a list of who would like an invite and once you get your first 10-15 RSVP's we will get the event set up and invite people all at once to get the momentum going!
Hey (Name), I am throwing a Back To School Facebook Party with Usborne Books & More. We absolutely love these books and I really think you will love this, PLUS just for participating and playing you can have a chance to win Free Books! Would you like an invite?
If you don't hear back from your hostess in 24 hours with her RSVP's then follow up with this:
How are you invites going?
Keep up the good work! Send out another 20 messages today (our end goal is we are shooting for 25+ RSVP's). You can also post this Save the Date Video and message on your wall to maybe catch some people you hadn't thought of.

with Usborne books, they are award winning books for babies all the way up
through college. I have been so impressed that I want to share them with you.
So, we’re partying in our PJ’s from our computers in an event page right here
on facebook. Send me a message or comment below if you would like to be sent an
invite! There will be a Grand Prize drawing and personalized Wish Lists based
on the kiddos in your life. I’d love to “see” you there!
Step #6: Set up an eShow link for each hostess.
Step #7: Once Your Hostess Has her 10-15 RSVP's then provide her with a follow-up message to send after she invites them to the event.- Go to your eCommerce site (consultantID.myubam.com).
- Sign in (upper right) with your Consultant ID and last four of your social security #.
- Click on my account (upper right).
- On the left hand side click Add Event. Put in the hostess name and email and set the end date of the party to be two days after the Facebook Party (this can always be changed at any time.)
I have set up your event. Once you join you can start inviting your RSVP's first. Then, here is a quick follow up message to send to those who do want an invite, after you have invited them for the Facebook event.

Step #8: Download and print the Facebook Party Guest Tracking
sheet for each party. Keep track the guests that RSVP, that post, take
notes on them and be prepared to SERVE each and every one invited!
Step #10: Download the Facebook Party Script and familiarize yourself with it. Make it your own. Photos are available in the Dare to Dream Dropbox or on the Dare to Dream Facebook Page in Albums. If you find yourself doing a lot of your own Facebook parties, talk to your leader about using a tool called Cinch Share.
